出國旅遊可能是學英語的動機之一，本篇的基本結構：

1. At the Airport (在 離境/入境 機場)

Lounge:等待飛機的地方

To board: 登機

Miss the flight：沒趕上飛機，the flight informatio monitor will show it is Closed.

Carry-on：隨身行李

Check your baggage：托運行李，Claim Baggage：取回行李。(At Baggae Claigm: 取回行李區)

Connecting Flight：中繼航程 (a flight you can make the connection)

Immigration, or passport control (移民關)："What is the purpose of your visit, business or pleasure?" 此次訪問的目的是生意還是旅遊？

"How long will you stay in the United States?"

"Can I see your return ticket?"

"Enjoy your stay."

2. On Board (在飛機上)

overhead bin: 頭上行李艙

行李掉了，地勤人員說：填這個表格，當她出現我們就寄過去。"put your local address on this form, and we will ship it when it surfaces"

direct flight vs layover：直飛 vs 轉機 (亦即connecting flight)

Turbulance/Bumpy Flight：亂流/顛簸

Jet Lag: 時差

3. Travel, Trip or Journey (甚麼時候用哪個字)

Journey: 長途旅行(有時抽象，如 English Learning Journey)

Trip: 時間較短，比方十天而非一年(Journey: spend one year in New York)，常和別的字合在一起：going on a trip，take a trip to, have a safe trip...

Travel: 常當動詞，也可當名詞，

are you travelling soon = are you going on a trip
